This is an online petition inspired by the overwhelming desire of one human being to never be subjected to a Nick Douglas byline on any Gawker Media site ever again. He’s their Greg Gutfeld, which is why he’s only allowed to crawl out of his hole at two in the morning most of the time.

 Whoever started this is an idiot and doesn’t understand how the internet or how Gawker works. First off Nick Douglas provides a great service to the masses by explaining things to people like your mom why certain things are important and others are not. He’s a good writer and he writes about things people actually want to read about (see page views)… maybe not people like you who are so wrapped up in the internet that they never go outside and anything he posts you’ll be the first one to yell out “OLD!” like the loser that you are.

 Anyone who knows anything about Gawker will tell you that by hating someone enough to make a stink about it publicly, and anonymously I might add (like a true coward), will not make anyone go away or get fired. Proof in point: Julia Allison.

 Nothing you can say will kill him, you will only make him stronger and he will feed at your anger and tease you back with it until you just can’t take it anymore and you’re all consumed by everything he says and does… and on that first day and every day after he will have won.

 And he will be stronger, anything that stirs controversy at Gawker is applauded,and rewarded, we were taught to feed on it it, it’s our currency, and Nick Douglas understands that just as well as anyone at Gawker.

 So go one with your lame Fire Nick Douglas campaign because it’s not going to work… and I swear if it’s actually Nick Douglas behind it I will shit my pants in awe.

 Go outside people, get the fuck off the internet for a while, the fact that little ol’ Nick Douglas is bugging you this means only proves that you’re lame and you need to get a life.
